What rights I have to cancel orders?
The Art of Gregory Evans and its bynames BwahT and Buried with all his Teeth, which are located in France, are specifically governed by those policies set out by the French Consumer Code and in accordance with the exceptions defined in Article L.221-23 of that Consumer Code.
These regulations outline the various rights consumers have when it comes to cancelling orders of product which are no longer required or desired. However, there are a number of exemptions to these rules and the types of product we create for the consumer that doesn’t permit the cancellation of any order executed and paid for.
Circumstances are such that where the Consumer Contracts Regulations and its exemptions are applied to custom, tailor-made or personalised items. This applies to all our print products.
In the case of any print products, the purchase of any item is immediately forwarded to the producer. Our BwahT posterprints are therefore created just for you, upon your demand (your purchase), and are thus considered custom made, so cancellation cannot be made.
If a problem occurs due to fault of the printers or damage in shipping, it’s necessary to return it to the printers. In these cases, our printers will replace the product.
For more information regarding your right to cancel, please refer to Section 8 of our terms and conditions or by sending email to us at buriedwithallhisteeth@gmail.com.
