These last few months have been a real journey for me, a gruelling but pretty cool one. You’ll see why.

First, I like to welcome those who have signed up for this newsletter recently, which is evolving into something bigger than it was. Its for you that I give this quick overview, while trying not to be resdundant with story for those who already know this.

Every winter when the studio gets cold enough to stop my paint from drying, I close up shop to do my work in the house, where I have heat. So each year, I plan a project to get me through the winter, the most recent ones being exploring monoprint techniques.

This winter that project was to set up a shop on my website to publish some of my work as posters.

I’ve played around with selling merch in the past, such as skateboards and tees, but this was the pre-covid years – technology was pretty primitive compared to now, so my level of content with these attempts was minimal. None of it sat right with me.

Post-covid came along, and the last thing on my mind was fooling around with the digital arenas. Until I discovered how smoothly making product could be. Disseminating that product is a different story.

I have discovered that along with an efficient and well-built platform comes an equally complex learning curve, but my project is now almost finished, the first stage, at least, while my studio still awaits my return.

My shop is now locked-in, well-built, yet still testing remains and connecting the first level of pay portals so we can get you having cool art on the walls of your homes.

I will be opening my BwahT Posterprint shop, as sceduled on May first, and have some really cool wall art for you, all for the price of a work-weeks’ price of coffee, less or more.

This is one of the posters I have in the lineup, ready for the drop.
