Why don’t I have to pay sales tax, Vat, or TVA?
The BwahT business structure in France is governed by tax laws that exclude me from charging, collecting, or the paying of said US sales tax, European TVA, or British VAT. If I can’t collect those sales taxes, then I can’t charge you for them.
What are your payment options?
We currently accept payment through the Paypal portal. No account is needed and it handles credit cards and debit cards directly, and without having an account with them. I also offfer Paypal x4, which allows you to make monthly payments and still receive your cool wall art as if were already paid for. This feature requires an account with Paypal.
We will be accepting major credit cards in the future.
Do I have to pay Custom fees, tarifs, duties, or other additional charges?
No, not for prints or posters. For my areas of shipping (United States, United Kingdom, and the European Union), when a product is ordered in the US, it is printed in the US and shipped in the US. No borders are crossed, no fees incurred. This applies to the UK and Europe as well.
No borders crossed, no import. No import, no extra charges.
Original canvasses and paintings may require the payment of specific duities, depending on where to live and the political climate of the times.
Do you offer reduced shipping for combined orders, for multiple products?
Yes, we do! A flat rate shipping fee is applied to products by size. With multiple products, this shipping cost is applied to the largest product. All others beyond that first item will be an additional, discounted charge of the following:
€2.50 in the Europe Union
$2.80 (plus or minus)in the United States (due to variations inexchange rates)
£2.20 (plus or minus) in the United Kingdom (due to variations in exchange rates)
As example: Your order contains four prints, the largest being an A2 print, the rest being the smaller A3 size. Lets say the total shipping will be €10.00 for the largest item . From there, €2.50 is applied to each of the other three adding €7.50 to the flat rate 10.00, totalling €17.50 for the total of four prints. Combining multiple prints into a single order saves money, reducing the price per print.
How long does shipping take?
Normally, one to three weeks, though it can easily be sooner, and sometimes later, up to four weeks, be sure to contact me if you haven’t received your package by that point.
